We publish short stories, comics, and non-fiction. We lean toward the speculative, but some of our favorite writers and artists tell realistic stories grounded in strange, fantastical, or science-fictional sensibilities.
We pay $30 per accepted work and buy first English publication rights. Simultaneous submissions are welcome, but we ask that you send only one piece at a time. Your work may be published in the print and ebook editions, online, in audio, or all of the above.
We accept submissions only through our online submission system. Brief cover letters are appreciated but not required — let us know the length of the submission as well as any past publications or basic biographical details you'd like to share.
